Preity Zinta, the zing thing of the Bollywood, was born on 31st Jan. Bubbly Preity Zinta shot to fame as the refreshing, cool, wet model in the Liril ad. She had a start in films with her debut being with one of the few Indian celebrity directors - ManiRatnam's Dil Se - an audio blockbuster. Best newcomer performance for Dil Se (1998) in Filmfare Awards. Soldier was a step forward towards stardom. Kya Kehna clinched her fate. She is a big conlender for the place in the zenith. Preity is so pretty, outspoken and a beautiful actress-dancer who keeps smiling all the time with a dimple on her right cheek.
